Not at all. HERShift meets you where you are. Whether you’re just starting out or returning to movement after a long break, the program is designed to be accessible, adaptable, and supportive.

HERShift focuses on Zone 2 cardio, intentional strength training, and mobility work that supports bone health, muscle tone, and hormonal balance. Smart Eating is HERShift’s approach to nutrition: whole-food focused, hormone-conscious, and rooted in metabolic flexibility. We explore fasting, metabolic switching, and nourishment that supports your energy, mood, and muscle preservation.
🔹 Is this a weight-loss program?
HERShift is not a crash diet or weight-loss gimmick. While many women experience weight loss and body composition changes, the focus is on strength, toning, energy, and vitality, not shrinking. We celebrate progress in all its forms.
🔹 How long is the program?
HERShift is a 12-week immersive experience. Each week builds on the last, guiding you through movement, mindset, and metabolic shifts that create lasting transformation. You’ll receive ongoing support, resources, and community access throughout.

You’ll get personalized guidance from DeAunte, access to private consults, group support, branded tools, and weekly content that keeps you engaged and empowered. You’re never alone in HERShift.

HERShift is designed to be flexible and respectful of your body’s needs. You’ll complete a PAR-Q and Goal-Setting Questionnaire so we can tailor your experience safely. Always consult your physician before beginning any new wellness program.

Yes, there’s a $50 non-refundable enrollment fee that secures your spot in the program. HERShift is intentionally capped to ensure every woman receives personalized attention, coaching, and community support. Your enrollment fee is your commitment to yourself, and your place in a powerful circle of transformation.
