About Me
Hi, I’m DeAunte, the founder of Fit & Focus Fitness, LLC and the creator of The HERShift Method — a movement designed to help women step into their strongest, clearest, most empowered season of life. My work is rooted in the belief that midlife is not a crisis; it’s a shift. And when women have the right tools, support, and community, that shift becomes a powerful turning point.
My Mission
My mission is simple:
To help women move with confidence, honor their bodies, understand their hormones, and reclaim their wellness without guilt, confusion, or overwhelm.
I believe every woman deserves a space where she feels seen, supported, and celebrated — especially during the transitions that society doesn’t talk about enough.

I bring years of experience in fitness, wellness, and women’s health education, along with a deep commitment to creating programs that are accessible, sustainable, and rooted in real‑life transformation. Through Fit & Focus Fitness, LLC, I’ve supported women through movement, mindset, and lifestyle shifts that create lasting change.
How The HERShift Method Was Born
HERShift was created from a place of purpose. I saw too many women struggling in silence — navigating midlife changes, hormonal shifts, stress, fatigue, and identity transitions without guidance or community. I wanted to build something that didn’t just offer workouts, but offered clarity, connection, and confidence.
